$50,000 Dream Kitchen Sweepstakes - Lowe’s and Houzz

If yes, then why don’t you enter the $50,000 Dream Kitchen Sweepstakes presented by Lowe's and Houzz? You could win $50,000 in remodeling materials from Lowe's and design, construction and installation services from Houzz's top professionals in your area in this sweepstakes. This sweepstakes also offers you another choice, an option of $40,000 Kitchen Makeover and $10,000 cash, if you don’t want to get Kitchen Makeover worth of $50,000. So enter the sweepstakes without wasting time as this sweepstakes will be completed soon.

Limit: One entry per person per email address during the promotion period. Participants must be 18 years of old or older or must be reached at the age of majority in their province at the time of entry.

Log on to www.houzz.com/lowes and complete the official entry form by providing required information such as name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number, e-mail address and age, then submit it during promotion period to get entry into the sweepstakes.

One Grand prize winner will be selected on or about February 13, 2013 in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during promotion period. Grand prize winner will be contacted on or about February 14, 2013 by phone/e-mail/express mail. Winner must complete, sign and send an affidavit of eligibility, publicity release, liability release, background check authorization form, personal services agreement, and required tax documents within seven calendar days of the notification. If winner fails to send it, then he/she will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries received during the promotion period.

Grand prize winner can select one of the following prize options:

1.) $50,000 Kitchen Makeover: It includes $25,000 worth of kitchen products from Lowe's awarded in the form of Lowe's Gift Cards and $25,000 in remodeling and design services by Houzz that will include design, construction, and installation services (ARV: $50,000).

2.) $40,000 Kitchen Makeover and $10,000 cash: Makeover includes $20,000 worth of kitchen products from Lowe's awarded in the form of Lowe's Gift Cards, $20,000 in remodeling and design services by Houzz that will include design, construction, and installation services, and $10,000 cash awarded in the form of a corporate check to use for tax expenses (ARV: $50,000).
