May is the month dedicated to appreciating people that rock! Nutella is celebrating the month with limited-edition appreciation jars and a Who Makes Your Morning Happy? Contest for customers to show their appreciation for a special person in their life. You can nominate anyone who makes your morning happy for their chance to win cash prize. You will also win cash and a chance to win a one-year supply of Nutella.

Limit: You must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible for the Promotion. You can enter once during the Promotion Period.

How to Enter:

Visit www.nutella.com/en/us/who-makes-your-morning-happy-contest and submit your date of birth. After that, enter the required details and an essay to nominate someone who makes your mornings a little brighter. You can nominate anyone from a family member, to a local bus driver – or even just a friendly neighbor. You will receive one entry into the sweepstakes and one entry into the Contest.

Judging:

A panel of judges will judge all the eligible entries based on the following criteria:

• Relevance of the Essay to the Contest theme – (25%; up to 25 points)
• Why is this person extraordinary and how does she or he go above and beyond? (50%; maximum score of 50 points)
• How persuasive is the Essay in expressing why the Nominee has a positive impact on you. (25%; maximum score of 25 points)

 The Entry with the highest overall score will be deemed the Grand Prize winner and the next 2 highest scoring Entries will each be deemed a First  and Second Prize winner respectively.

Sweepstakes Drawing:

6 winners will be randomly selected during each weekly drawing period mentioned in the rules.

• Nominator: $3,000 Cash will be awarded in the form of a check (ARV: $3,000)
