Do you know about three-dimensional artwork? Have you created any sculpture? If yes, then you could win $5,000, $1,000, or $500 by participating in 2012 Scotch Off the Roll Tape Sculpture Contest. You need to create a tape sculpture and share the photos of your sculpture with its title and description to participate in this contest. Try your luck in this contest to grab this amazing chance.

Visit www.OfftheRollContest.com, complete the entry form by providing required information such as name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number, birth date, email address, number of rolls of tape used, and store name and city where tape was purchased, as well as enter the title and description of your sculpture, upload 3 photos of your sculpture and share video, then submit it during contest entry period.

Five finalists will be selected on or about April 2, 2012 on the basis of judging criteria such as 40% for Execution; 30% for Creativity; and 30% for Presentation. Entries of five finalists will be posted at www.OfftheRollContest.com between April 19, 2012 at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and May 2, 2012 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET for public voting to select one grand prize winner, one first runner-up prize winner, and three second runner-up prize winners. Winners will be contacted on or about May 3, 2012 by phone or mail.

One Grand prize winner will receive $5,000 in the form of a check.
One First Runner-Up prize winner will receive $1,000 in the form of a check.
Three Second Runner-Up prize winners will each receive $500 in the form of a check.
