Vibe: Get Smooth Contest

Difficulty Level : Very Hard ( 4 out of 5 ) Do you think you need a Smooth-Over? If yes, then you can tell Vibe why you deserve a "smooth over". Vibe provides a golden chance to win a trip to attend a Red Carpet Event in New York City or one of 25 hoodies, through Vibe's Get Smooth Contest. You need to upload your photo and explain why you deserve a “Smooth Over”. So go ahead and allow the start of Smoothifaction.

Limit: One entry per person per e-mail address per day during the Promotion Period. Entrant must be 21 years old or older at the time of entry.

Visit www.vibe.com/getsmoothedout, complete the official entry form by providing required information such as date of birth, name, address, city, state, zip code, email address, friend’s name, upload your style photo, and explain why you deserve a “Smooth Over” in the description box in 150 words or less, then submit it during the Promotion Period.

One Grand prize winner and twenty five runner-up prize winners will be selected on judging criteria such as production value; unique style; artistic character; visual impact, appropriateness to the question posed, and marketability. Winners will be informed on or around January 31, 2012, by phone and/or email.

One Grand prize will receive a trip for two to New York, NY to attend a Vibe Red Carpet Event. Trip includes round trip coach air transportation; round trip ground transportation; two nights’ hotel accommodations; one $200 American Express Gift Card; an appointment with a professional stylist; and access to a Vibe Red Carpet Event (ARV: $4,500).

Twenty-Five Runner-up Prize winners will each receive a hoodie (ARV: $50 each).
