How to Enter the Upgrade Your Strength Sweepstakes:

During the promotion period, visit upgradeyourstrength.com and enter your email address to access the entry form. After that, complete and submit the official entry form with all requested personal details including first and complete last name, valid e-mail address, phone number, street address, city, state, and zip code.

Sweepstakes Entry Limit:

Daily one sweepstakes entry is allowed per eligible person. The age of the entrant must be at least 18 years at the time of entry.

How to Enter the Upgrade Your Strength Contest:

During the submission phase, visit upgradeyourstrength.com and login or register to enter the contest. After that, upload a photograph representing how you adapted your fitness approach in 2020 and a description of your adapted fitness approach in 500 characters or less.

Contest Entry Limit: Per person, two submissions are allowed.

Winners Selection:

Sweepstakes prize winners will be selected randomly on or about February 8, 2021, and notified via email addresses or phone numbers.

Contest entries will be judged by qualified panel judges on the basis of following weighted judging criteria.

• Benefit of Shred Shed to the Entrant or those around them (worth 50%)
• Creativity of adaptation/overcoming the odds (worth 25%)
• Engaging photo featuring interesting workout (worth 25%)

The entry that receives the highest scores will be deemed the contest winners. The contest winner will be contacted via the email address within five days and required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability, and Publicity Release and a properly executed IRS Form W-9 within five days of notification.

Prizes:

50 Sweepstakes prize winners will each receive a 12kg (26.4lb) kettlebell and a bundle pack of Muscle Milk (which includes: 24 bottles of Muscle Milk (12 each of vanilla and chocolate). (ARV: $92 for each)

One contest prize winner will receive Muscle Milk Shred Shed and the exercise equipment described below:
