Nominate your favorite Citizen Drivers to win the 2023 TA Citizen Driver Contest! Choose your nominees with inspiring driving experience, and submit an entry into the Contest. The 2 lucky nominations will have the chance to win a free trip to an Award Ceremony at Mid American Trucking Show in Louisville, or a free travel voucher for their own journey to the show, plus, the winners will also win free cash prize worth $5,000, up to 10,000 free UltraONE Rewards, and more. Plus, a total of 10 Finalists of the TA Citizen Driver Contest 2023 will win free rewards points in their UltraONE Rewards accounts, and a free Digital copy of Personal Dossier. Limit

• Nominator Eligibility: The eligible entrants should be 18 years (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, and 21 in Mississippi) or older at the time of entry.
• Nominee Eligibility: Nominee must be a licensed over-the-road professional truck driver; be currently employed, or actively driving as an owner or in an independent contractor capacity; not have been issued any tickets or moving violations in the past 5 years; must be a registered member of the UltraONE® Driver Rewards Club Program (To apply to visit ultraonerewards.com), and be 21 years of age or older.

There is a limit of 1 entry per nominee throughout the Nomination Period.

How to Enter TA Citizen Driver Contest 2023

There are 2 ways to participate:

• Online: Visit campaign.rtm.com/TACitizenDriverContest2023. To nominate yourself or a long haul-truck driver (or a husband/wife owner/operator team), complete the nomination form (required information includes Nominee's Full Name, Nominee's City, State and Zip, Nominee's Phone Number, Nominee's Email, Nominee's Driving History and if nominating someone else, Nominator's Full Name, Nominator's Relationship with Nominee, Nominator's Email, Nominator's Phone Number), and answer the open field questions about Nominee's Citizenship, Safety, Community Involvement, Leadership, Health & Wellness.
• Email: Email [email protected] requesting a nomination form and a PDF of the nomination form will be provided. Complete the nomination form as described above.

2023 TA Citizen Driver Contest Winner Selection

During the Contest Judging Period (December 31, 2022 - March 31, 2023), all the entries will be judged on the basis of the following Judging Criteria:

• The Nominee's safe driving record (Safety Record); and
• The Nominee's character is based on citizenship, community involvement, leadership, health & wellness, and/or other significant life experiences as reflected in the information provided in the nomination.

The 10 Participating Nominees with the highest combined scores in the Judging Categories will be named the "Finalists", and up to 2 ranking Finalists will be named the "Grand Prize Winners".

2023 TA Citizen Driver Contest Prizes

2 Grand Prizes: Each winner will receive the following Prizes:

• A marker with Grand Prize Winner's name on it at or within a TA, TA Express, or Petro Stopping Center dedicating that TA, TA Express, or Petro Stopping Center to the Winner;
• 10,000 UltraONE points;
• Winner's choice of either a $750 travel voucher to attend an Award Ceremony to be held on March 30, 2023, at the Mid American Trucking Show in Louisville, KY, or economy class airfare for the Grand Prize Winner and 1 guest to attend the Award Ceremony from a gateway airport;
• $250 (U.S.) for travel expenses (awarded in the form of a check) for attendance at the Award Ceremony;
• Double occupancy standard hotel accommodations for 2 in the city where Awards Ceremony is being held for 2 nights;
• $5,000 in cash (awarded in the form of a check) to the Grand Prize Winner and $2,500 donation to the Grand Prize Winner's charity of choice;
• Honored live on stage at the Award Ceremony;
• Dedication Ceremony for the Grand Prize Winner and up to 30 guests at the TA, TA Express, or Petro Stopping Center dedicated in honor of the Grand Prize Winner on a TBD date.

The total ARV of the Grand Prize is $6,350.

10 Finalist Prizes: Each winner will receive 10,000 UltraONE points; and a Digital copy of Personal Dossier reviewed by Judges (ARV: $100 each).
