Entrants may submit their Recipe by filling out the entry form found in the Flavor Maker App, including providing an optional supporting photo of the Recipe. All applications must be submitted via the Flavor Maker App and access to the Flavor Maker App, which can be downloaded for free on the Apple App Store and Google Play, is required. Entrants must provide all required information on the Entry Form, including Recipe information, first and last name, email address, and telephone number.
