How to enter:

Visit www.kohlsamazingmomscontest.com and follow on-screen instructions to complete the entry form with all requested submitter info and Nominee's Info including amazing mom name and email address. After that, submit up to 300 words essay describing Why Your Mom is Amazing and upload a photo of you and your nominee and submit it.

The photo file must be in one of the following formats: JPG, PNG or GIF and no more than 3 MB in Size.

How to Judge: 

At the end of the entry period, all eligible entries received and recorded during the Contest Period will be judged by a qualified panel of judges to determine 10 contest prize winners on the basis of following judging criteria:

• (a) How creative and original the Entry is (33%)
• (b) How suitable the Essay/Photo is for promotional use by Kohl’s (33%)
• (c) The expression of the qualities that make the Submitter’s mother/mother figure an “amazing mom” (34%)
