It all begins with a vision. However, we can understand that covid-19 ruined all your plans of going out for birthdays, anniversaries or any special occasion. Wait a while you can relive it just by submitting an entry in the 1-800 Contacts Fulfill My Vision Contest. In this contest, all you are supposed to do is tell about your unique vision and you could win a chance of executing it on the 25th anniversary of Vision Squad.

How to Enter

Visit www.fulfillmyvision.com during the promotion period fill up required data with an essay, photo, or video that tells your REvision for 2021.

Entry submission process

Complete all of the required information on the entry form.

Essay method

Submit an essay (maximum of 150 words), describing why you, or your Nominee, deserves to have your/their vision fulfilled along with describing the vision.

Optional

You may submit an original photo (with caption), or video (not to exceed 3-minutes in length), supporting the above Essay.

Judging Criteria

The winners will be selected by the judging panel on the following basis.

• Creativity
• Adherence to the contest Theme
• Originality of vision
• Need of Entrant or Nominee (if applicable) based on entry
• Emotional appeal
• Financial considerations and feasibility

The selected winners will be notified on or about August 31, 2021, through email. Potential winners will be needed to sign and return an affidavit within 5 business days.

Prizes

Five grand prize winners will receive $10,000.

Five First Prize winners will receive the prize money from $5,000 to $7,000.

Fifteen-second prize winners will receive up to $5000.

The First and Second Prize amounts will be determined based on the cost to fulfill the Winner’s vision and the amount will be paid through check.
