What would you do with an extra $20,000? The Cougar Tech 3.0 Contest gives four winners the chance to turn that answer into a $20,000 cash Grand Prize, with $80,000 in total stated prize value available. Put your idea on camera and make your entry count.

Limit

• Limit one entry per person and username during the entire Contest Period. Entrants must use only one username and password assigned by the Sponsor.
• Entrants must be tobacco consumers who are 21 years of age or older at the time of participation and have a registered username and password provided by the Sponsor.
• Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., excluding residents of Massachusetts, Michigan and U.S. Territories. Void in Massachusetts, Michigan and where prohibited by law.

How to Enter - Cougar Tech 3.0 Contest

Free Online Entry: Visit https://www.cougardips.com/ and log in with your registered username and password. A username and password may be obtained for free by registering on the website.

• Click the Contest link and follow the online instructions.
• Submit a video of up to 60 seconds introducing yourself and explaining and/or showing what you would do with the $20,000 Grand Prize.
• Answer three multiple-choice questions.
• Complete and submit the online entry form.

The video must satisfy the Official Rules' video requirements and content restrictions. Once submitted, an entry cannot be edited or removed.

Random Drawing

This is a judged contest, not a random drawing. During the judging period from 09/22/2026 through 11/03/2026, eligible entries will be evaluated by a judging panel based on differentiation from other entries, including originality and unique point of view, weighted 51%, and clarity of communication, including cohesive explanation, weighted 49%.

The four entries receiving the highest scores will be deemed the Grand Prize winners. In the event of a tie, the entry with the higher score for differentiation from other entries will prevail. Each potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by email or telephone on or about the day they are selected. The Sponsor will make up to three attempts within a five-day span to contact each potential winner.
