You can enter the contest by two ways such as online and by mail. In first way, visit cruise.caregiverstress.com, follow the links and instructions, and complete the online entry form by providing required information such as your name, email address, phone number, and describe why you, or your nominee deserve the cruise, then submit it during the promotion period.

One Grand prize winner will be selected on September 22, 2012 by an automatic tally of votes received from the public for all eligible Entries received and voted upon during the contest period. The nominator of Grand prize winner will be selected on September 22, 2012. Winners will be informed before October 1, 2012 at 4 p.m. by e-mail address.
