If you have visited H-E-B Grocery Store recently then, complete the H-E-B Customer Satisfaction Survey to provide your feedback and get a chance to win 1 of 50 $100 H-E-B gift cards per month.

Limit: Every day, one entry per completed survey or mail is allowed. Participants who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry can complete the survey.

How to Enter:

To complete the survey, you must an invitation on a cash register receipt which can be obtained by making a purchase at participating H-E-B location. Visit www.heb.com/survey and select the language. After that, enter the certificate code available on your Invitation. Now, enter the enter date & time and other details to start the survey. Then, answer all the survey questions based on your recent experience at the store. Once done, you will be entered into the sweepstakes for a chance to win.

You can also complete the survey on the telephone, by calling on the number given on the invitation receipt and responding to the recorded announcements.

Mail-in (Without Making A Purchase):
