How to Enter - Zevia Summer Sweepstakes

Online Entry: Visit https://zeviasummersweeps.com and follow the on-screen instructions to complete and submit the registration form. Required information includes your first and last name, email address, phone number, state or province, and ZIP or postal code.

QR Code Entry: Scan the QR code found on Sponsor-branded advertising materials with a web-enabled device, visit the provided URL and follow the instructions to enter.

Purchase Bonus Entries: After completing an online or QR code entry, upload a valid receipt showing the purchase of a qualifying Zevia product. Each valid receipt earns five bonus entries. The receipt must show the qualifying product, retailer name and purchase date.

Free Mail-In Bonus Entries: Hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, email address and date of birth on a plain 3-inch by 5-inch card. Mail it in a properly stamped envelope to: Optivate Agency, 4403 Oleander Dr., Ste. C #251, Wilmington, NC 28403. Each valid mail-in entry provides five bonus entries and must be postmarked by 09/08/2026 and received by 09/30/2026.
