How to enter:

To enter, make a purchase at a participating Z service station at any time during the Survey Period. Visit www.tellz.co.nz with your invitation card, enter the 10-digit unique survey entry code found on the back of your invitation card, and complete the survey in its entirety.

Employees of the Promoter and Z service station and their immediate families are not eligible to participate. Each month during the survey period a draw will be held to select one winner and award the prize. Winners will be notified via phone within 7 days of the prize draw.
