• Method 2 (Enter via mail): Handwrite the following on the front of a 3”x5” card or paper, your name, address, city, state, zip, e-mail address, telephone number, and date of birth. Insert a single card or paper in a #10 business envelope and mail, with sufficient postage to YouTubeCoachella Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 738, Syosset, NY 11791-0738.
