If you have ever made purchase through Lincolnshire Co-operative store, then you should your share your feedback to help them in improving service and product.

Limit: Every week, you can get one entry in to the survey sweepstakes. You must be at least 16 years old or older as of date of entry.

How to enter: Visit www.tellus.coop and enter date and time of visit, store Id, receipt number, staff name to get stared. Give answer of all survey questions regarding based on your shopping experience like “What did you purchase?”, “Are you satisfied with the customer services”, etc and complete the survey. At the end of survey, you have to submit entry form with all your required details to get entry in to the prize draw.
