Twin Peaks Bronco Submission Survey Sweepstakes

Difficulty Level : Moderate ( 3 out of 5 ) Winning a 1976 Ford Bronco from hit TV series Fast & Loud may sound like a dream come true. Twin Peaks has sponsored a sweepstakes named the Twin Peaks custom bronco sweepstakes to giveaway a custom 1976 Ford Bronco designed by Gas Monkey Garage.

Limit: You must be 18 years old to enter the sweepstakes. You are allowed to participate only once, regardless entry methods.

There are four different ways to enter

Receipt Invite:Order your desired food at any participating Twin Peaks location and get a specially-marked cash receipt. After that, go to www.telltwinpeaks.com and enter the required details from your receipt. Now, complete the customer satisfaction survey by answering the questions. Once you complete the survey, you will be invited to complete and submit the Sweepstakes entry form. You will get one Sweepstakes entry.

Signing up for Twin Peaks Email Club: Visit www.twinpeaksrestaurant.com/emailclub and sign up to get one entry into the Sweepstakes.

At Events: Complete an entry form and submit it in the entry box provided at designated events where the bronco is on display.

Mail:Hand print your name, address, city, state, zip code, contact number and birth date on a 3” x 5” card and mail it to: Twin Peaks Custom Bronco Sweepstakes Entry, 625 Panorama Trail, Suite 2100, Rochester, NY 14625-2437.

One grand prize winner will be chosen randomly on or about January 14, 2014 from all the entries.

The Grand Prize winner will be awarded with a 1976 Ford Bronco from the TV show, "Fast and Loud" (ARV: $25,000).
