T-Mobile & Metro by T-Mobile Customer App Entry: Eligible customers may use the T-Life App. After registration and phone-number verification when required, open the Sweepstakes and attempt to tap matching cards to create six pairs. Participants may try as many times as needed to successfully match six pairs, but receive only one Entry in total after successfully completing the game.

Free AMOE Entry: Non-T-Mobile and non-Metro by T-Mobile customers, and other eligible Participants choosing this method, may visit https://amoe.t-mobiletuesdays.com/ and follow the instructions to register for one Entry. The registration form requires first name, last name, email address, phone number including area code, physical address including street, city, state and ZIP, and agreement to the Official Rules. No P.O. boxes are permitted.

Random Drawing.

The Sponsor will randomly select the potential Grand Prize winner on or around 08/20/2026 from among all eligible Entries received.

The potential winner will be notified via email from DocuSign and/or by phone within approximately two (2) business days following the drawing. The selected potential winner must respond within two (2) business days of notification and complete the required prize claim and verification process.
