There are two ways to get entry in to the sweepstakes.

Mail: To enter via mail, write down your complete name, full street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code and date of birth plus daytime and evening telephone numbers, including area code on plain piece of 3” x 5” paper and then mail it to Universal Studios Hollywood S&F Sweepstakes, PO Box 1540, Garden Grove, CA 92842.

All potential winner (including one grand prize and 250 first prize winners) will be selected randomly on or about 6/2/16 from among all eligible entries received.
