After that, complete and submit the entry form by entering the required fields: Full Name, Email Address, Full Mailing Address and Birth Date along with an image showcasing your favorite family memories.

Twitter or Instagram: Post a photo showcasing your favorite family memories on your Twitter or Instagram account along with appropriate descriptive text and hashtag “#12DaysofSunMaid” and “Sweepstakes”.
