There are three ways to get entry in to the sweepstakes.

Telephone: Call the toll free number given in the invitation and respond to the recorded prompts.

SMS: Text your responses to the telephone number given in the invitation.

Entrant can also get entry in to the sweepstakes without completing survey. For it, you have to send this hand-written “Please enter me in the Empathica Daily Sweepstakes for a chance to win one (1) Daily Prize" along with your name, phone number, address & email on a sheet of paper and send it to:
