Limit: Per person per email address one entry is allowed. The minimum age limit for the sweepstakes is 21 years old or older.

How to Enter:

Visit www.modelousa.com/UFC or www.modeloufctrivia.com and follow onscreen instructions to submit entry form to access the current entry period’s UFC Trivia Questions. A total of 10 multiple-choice questions will be displayed per entry period. You must indicate the correct answer to each Question within 10 seconds to advance to the next Question.

Entries will be awarded in following manner:

• 0-3 Correct Answers: 1 Entry into the second prize drawing
• 4-7 Correct Answers: 1 Entry into the First Prize drawing 
• 8-10 Correct Answers: 1 Entry in tothe Grand Prize drawing

Random Drawings:

10 First Prize and 10 Second Prize winners will be selected via random drawing on or about each Monday after each Weekly Entry Period. One Grand Prize winner will be via random drawing on or about April 20, 2020.

Trip consists of:

• Access to Sponsor-specified officially-sanctioned IFW events
• The opportunity to award the belt to the next champion at the fight with Dana White
• UFC/Modelo Swag Bag containing Sponsor-specified UFC/Modelo merchandise for winner.

(100) First Prizes (10 per drawing): 

A UFC/Modelo Swag Bag containing Sponsor-specified UFC/Modelo merchandise (ARV: $36454 each).

(100) Second Prizes (10 per drawing):

A UFC Duffle Bag (ARV: $25 each)
