Mail-in (Without Purchase): Handprint full name, address, city, state, zip code, date of birth, and email address on 3" x 5" card and mail it to: Walmart Game Giveaway Code Request, PO Box 760006, Dept. 882-716, El Paso, TX 88576-0006. You will receive the Code via email.

After obtaining game code, visit www.FLVPGameGiveaway.com and follow the instructions to submit entry form and your unique Entry Code. Your Account will be immediately credited with the appropriate number of Plays. The first time you enter a Code, you will receive one Play. The second time you enter a Code, you will receive two Plays. The third time you enter a Code and for every Code entered on the Web Site thereafter for the Sweepstakes Period, you will receive 3 Plays per Code.
