Click on the "Enter Now" button to access the entry form for that specific Entry Period. Fill out the form completely and submit it to receive one entry for the corresponding Entry Period drawing and one entry for the Grand Prize Drawing.

Additional Entries: Participants have the option to return to any available Period Entry Form and submit the form once per day. Each additional entry will grant one extra entry into the drawing for the specific Entry Period's prize. However, multiple entries on the same day will not generate additional entries for the Grand Prize Drawing.

Extra Bonus Entries:
