2012 Chevrolet Road to Nashville Sweepstakes

Chevrolet Motor Division, General Motors LLC, sponsors of the 2012 Chevrolet Road to Nashville Sweepstakes is offering a golden opportunity to attend the 2012 CMA awards. The 46th Annual CMA Awards will be held in Nashville. The lucky winners will get a chance to see the biggest stars of the night and stay at a renowned hotel of Nashville. Limit: There is a limit of one entry per person, household or email. For eligibility, the participants must be 18 years of age or older.

There are two ways to enter the sweepstakes:

Via Website: Visit the site www.ChevyRoadToNashville.com. Complete and submit the form by providing all the required details.

Mail-In: You will have to hand print your name, daytime and evening telephone number, date of birth and complete address on a 3"x5" card and mail it to: 2012 Chevrolet Road to Nashville Sweepstakes, Synergy Marketing Partners, 1220 Iroquois Avenue, Suite 140, Naperville, Illinois 60563.

The potential winners will be randomly selected from all the eligible entries received on or about October 24, 2012. The winners will be informed through telephone and/or email.

Four Grand Prize winners will receive trip for two to attend the CMA Awards. The trip package includes coach-class air transportation, round-trip and two nights' accommodations at a hotel in Nashville. (ARV: $3,300)
