Visit www.bennigansfeedback.com and select your preferred language: English, Spanish, Greek, Korean and Arabic language. After that, enter a 4 or 5 digit store number located at the top of your receipt and answer the survey questions based on your last experience at the restaurant. At the end of the survey, you will receive a redemption code.
