In the celebration of Puppy Bowl, Animal Planet is donating $1,000 to an animal shelter. You can enter into Support Your Shelter Sweepstakes to score an Animal Planet Fan Pack and a chance to donate $1,000 to an animal shelter of your choice.

Limit: Entrant must be reached at the age of 21 years or above to be eligible for the sweepstakes. You can enter once per day per email address, per person.
