How to Enter:

There are two ways to enter:

Official Entry Form: Handprint your full name, address and phone number on the official entry form and deposit the signed form in an official entry box or give it to your authorized distributor or its representative or mail it to: 2020 - 2021 $10,000 Sweepstakes” 300 East Valley Drive, Bristol, Virginia 24201.

Mail-in: Handprint the words “2020 - 2021 $10,000 Sweepstakes”, your name, age, address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, and e-mail address on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in an envelope to: “2020 - 2021 $10,000 Sweepstakes,” 300 East Valley Drive, Bristol, Virginia 24201.
