By QR Code:

Scan the QR code available at any retail store to access the website directly at www.WoodbridgeWines.com/Baseball and follow the instructions to complete and submit the online entry form to enter the sweepstakes.

Random selection and notification:

Grand prize winners will be randomly selected on or about May 3, 2021, one from the U.S and one from Pennsylvania during the promotion period and will be notified by mail or contact by the phone number provided, within one to two business days.
