Whether you go bold with fiery hot spice, keep it classic with smoky BBQ, or get creative with sweet, tangy, or unexpected flavors—BOTA BOX wants to see how you bring the heat to the table. Pair it with your favorite BOTA BOX wine, and you’ve got the perfect winning combo.

One lucky winner will score two tickets to the Big Game, where the excitement, energy, and unforgettable moments of football’s greatest showdown await. Imagine cheering from the stands, knowing your wings took you all the way!

Entry Requirements

• A complete chicken wing recipe with precise measurements, step-by-step instructions, and total prep/cooking time under 90 minutes.
• A short explanation of the inspiration behind your recipe.
• A recommended Bota Box wine varietal to pair with your recipe.
• At least one image of the prepared wings (JPEG/PNG, max 5 MB).

Wing with Bota Contest Winner Selection:

Finalist Selection:

• On or about November 1, 2025, an independent panel of judges (“Judges”) will begin evaluating all approved entries using the Finalist Criteria below.
• On or about December 2, 2025, three potential finalists will be selected (one per Zone).
• Judges will review only written recipes and submitted photos—no tasting or preparation at this stage.
• Finalist Criteria (Total 30 Points):
• Written Submission – Recipe & Introduction (0–10)
• Visual Appearance (0–10)
• Recipe Creativity & Overall Perception (0–10)

Tiebreaker Protocol (Finalist Phase):

1. Highest Written Submission score
2. Highest Recipe Creativity & Overall Perception score
3. Highest Visual Appearance score
4. Secondary review by Judges

Grand Prize Winner Selection:

• Finalists will travel to the live Competition on February 8, 2026, where their recipes will be prepared by professional chefs.
• Finalists will have 5 minutes to plate and present their dish to the Judges.

• Taste Experience (0–10)
• Appearance & Presentation (0–10)
• Wine Pairing Harmony (0–10)
• Overall Impression (0–10) 

Wing With Bota Contest Prizes:

Three Finalist Prize Winners will win:

• Roundtrip economy airfare for two (or $250 gift card if within 250 miles of Santa Clara, CA)
• Three nights’ hotel accommodations (double occupancy)
• $1,000 Visa/Mastercard/Amex e-gift card for incidentals
• Each finalist may bring one guest

(ARV: $4,950 for each)
