The U.S. Postal Service provides you a chance to know the importance of exercise and a healthy diet in preventing coronary heart disease by sponsoring the “Watch it. Write it. Win it. Sweepstakes.” You need to watch The Biggest Loser Show, write a letter of encouragement to your favorite contestant on The Biggest Loser to show your support and enter this sweepstakes. You could win trip to a Biggest Loser Resort, four weeks of the Biggest Loser Meal Plan, or tickets to the Grand Finale of the Biggest Loser TV show in 2013 through this sweepstakes.

Limit: Participants may enter as often as they wish, but there is a limit of one entry per outer envelope. Participants must be 18 years old or older at the time of entry.

You may enter the sweepstakes by mail. Write a letter to a Season 13 The Biggest Loser contestant, along with your message, as well as your name, address, city, state, ZIP code, email address and phone number, and mail it before May 1, 2012 in an envelope with postage affixed to: ATT: Contestant name, Watch it. Write it. Win it. Sweepstakes, P. O. Box 923, Plainview, NY 11803-0923.

One First prize, one Second prize and one Third prize winners will be selected on or about May 3, 2012 in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during promotion period. Winners will be informed on or about May 4, 2012 by phone, U.S. Mail (certified mail) or email.

One First prize winner will receive an 8 day/7 night trip for two to a Biggest Loser Resort. Trip includes airfare, hotel accommodation, meals during their stay, fitness training and education classes and ground transportation (ARV: $3,100).

One Second prize winner will receive four weeks of the Biggest Loser Meal Plan for one person. Prize contains 3 meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and a snack daily for four weeks (ARV $715).

One Third prize winner will receive two tickets to the Grand Finale of the Biggest Loser TV show in 2013, which is scheduled to take place on/about May 1, 2013. Prize also contains $700 to be used for travel expenses (ARV: $700).
