Limit: One entry per person/e-mail address per day during sweepstakes entry period. Participants must be 18 years of age or older, or reached at the age of majority at the time of entry.

Visit bravotv.com/jennimakeover, click on sweepstakes link, follow the instructions, and complete the entry form by providing required information such as name, address, city, state, zip code, email address, phone number, and date of birth, then submit it during promotion period.

One Grand prize winner will be selected on or about October 5, 2012 in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during promotion period. Winner will be informed by phone and/or email. Winner will need to send an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, and publicity release within seven days of notice. If he/she does not send an affidavit, then he/she will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
