Eligibility: The entrant must be at least 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

There are two ways to enter into the Sweepstakes:

(i) Online: Visit www.hgtv.com, to complete and submit the online entry form to get an entry.

Limit: Two online entries, per person/email address per day.

(ii) Mail: Hand print your name, address, phone number (including area code) and date of birth either on a postcard or on a separate piece of paper no larger than 8½ x 11 inches, and mailing the postcard or paper in an envelope with the proper postage affixed to: “HGTV Urban Oasis Giveaway 2015, PO Box 52612, Knoxville, TN 37950”.

Limit: One entry per stamped envelope.

Winner Notification date: October 6, 2015

One Grand Prize: Winner shall win the Grand Prize, which consists of:

(i) The home located in Asheville, North Carolina that is featured in the “HGTV Urban Oasis 2015” special (including home furnishings, fixtures, artwork, and merchandise) worth $490,395.
(ii) $50,000 (awarded in the form of a check or electronic funds transfer) courtesy of Quicken Loans; and
(iii) a 2016 Acura TLX SHAWD Advance automobile worth $45,720.
