Upon your completing the actions stated in the instructions you will automatically be issued one Entry into the Sweepstakes.
• QR Code: Scan a QR code leading to the Mosaic posted on select product displays for NatureSweet products at participating stores, to direct you to the Mosaic Microsite; where you should see the Mosaic.
