There are two ways to enter the giveaway:

To enter, you must be enrolled in the free Wendy’s Rewards Program. During the Promotion Period, download or open the Wendy’s App, log in to your Rewards account, and ensure your profile includes your correct first and last name and a valid email address. Tap the promotion tile in the app, and you will automatically receive one Sweepstakes entry into the Grand Prize drawing and proceed to the Instant Win Game. Instant Win results appear in the app, and potential winners will receive an email with instructions.

Method 2: Mail-In Entry (No Mobile Device Required)

To enter without using the app, hand-print your name, address, phone number, email associated with your Wendy’s Rewards account, and date of birth on a piece of paper and mail it to: “Wendy’s Tendy Toss,” c/o Merkle Inc., P.O. Box 5008, Department 868034, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5008.

Winner Selection: The Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winner from all eligible entries on or about January 7, 2026, and will notify the winner by email.
