Online Entry: Visit www.vikingknowyourscore.com/sweepstakes and follow the entry instructions to complete and submit the entry form for one (1) entry. Calculating your BMI score is optional and is not required for entry.

Event Entry: Visitors to participating community health events, ACC football games and other Viking Therapeutics-related pop-up events may use a web-enabled mobile device to scan the QR code on specially marked Sweepstakes materials or locate a Viking Therapeutics representative with the Sweepstakes Website loaded on a tablet. Complete and submit the entry form to receive one (1) entry. Calculating your BMI score is optional and is not required for entry. Message and data rates may apply when entering by QR code.

Random Drawing

The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 01/05/2027 from among all eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by the Sweepstakes Administrator via email and/or phone and must sign and return the required Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Waiver, IRS W-9 Form and, where allowable, Publicity Release within five (5) days of notification. The winner's guest must also sign a Travel Companion Liability & Publicity Release.

• Two (2) nights of accommodations at Miraval Arizona Resort & Spa.
• Three (3) onsite activities based on dates of stay and availability, which may include yoga, meditation, culinary classes and equine activities.
• Round-trip transfers between the destination airport and Miraval Arizona Resort & Spa.
