During the Sweepstakes Period (June 1–25, 2025), visit the Sweepstakes Website by scanning a QR code found on promotional signage at participating retailers, or directly go to serta.com/pages/sheepstakes. Complete and submit the online entry form to receive one entry into the Sweepstakes.

Test Rest Entry:

Visit a participating retailer and take a “Test Rest” on a Serta mattress with the assistance of a sales associate. Afterward, scan the provided QR code using your mobile device, complete the online entry form on the Sweepstakes Website, and submit to receive one entry.

Mail-In Entry:
