Then, look for a unique 10-character alphanumeric code underneath the bottle caps of MTN DEW® Baja flavors’ bottles. Visit the Website, set up or log in to your account using your e-mail address and password and enter a Code. For each valid Code entry, the entrant will receive 1 entry into the random drawing corresponding to the “day” in which the Code was received and recorded.
• Mail-In Entry: Hand print your first and last name, complete mailing address (no PO Boxes), date of birth, and email address on a 3” x 5” index card or piece of paper and place your entry into an outer-mailing envelope with proper postage affixed and mail it to Daily Entry, PO Box 130, Dept. 22-8108-01D, Glencoe, MN 55336-0130.
