• Via QR code: find the QR code at participating retailers on Tastykake displays. Then, scan the QR c/ode, and follow the onscreen instructions to complete and submit the entry form, including but not limited to: entrant’s first and complete last name (no initials), valid e-mail address, phone number, street address (no P.O.
