Requirements for Photo or Video:

Size: No more than 500 MB for videos, 50MB for images

Formats: 3GP, AAC, AVI, FLV, MOV, MP4, and MPEG‑2 for Videos and JPG, PNG, TIF for Photos

Social Media: Just Post regarding contest on your Twitter or Instagram or Facebook profile with hashtags #ToFeelGood and #Sweepstakes and tag @Sunsweet to receive an entry in to the contest.
