Purchase: to enter through this method you need to buy specially-marked Dean Foods branded white milk and TruMoo chocolate milk, gallon and half-gallon in which you will find a unique code which will be printed under the pull-back sticker on the cap. After obtaining the code visit www.StartRightEndRight.com and follows the onscreen instruction to get into sweepstakes.

To request a code without purchase by mail: to get a code you need to mail a self address stamped envelope requesting for the code. Your mal request should be postmarked by January 15, 2014 and received by January 20, 2014. Mail the envelope to Start Right End Right® Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 726, Elmhurst, IL 60126.

Limit: at the time of entry into sweepstakes the entrant must be 18 years or more and only five entries per person/email address, per day is allowed.
