During the Giveaway Period, log on to OTC’s website located atwww.spooktaculargiveaway.com and complete the entry form. You must complete the entry form in order to be eligible to win the Daily Prize or the Weekly Prize.

During each Giveaway Period, one selected entrant will be selected randomly to win the Prize for that Giveaway Period.
