How to Enter in Smart & Final Frozen Food Month Sweepstakes:

With Purchase:

Make a purchase of at least $40 pre-tax of participating frozen food items from any participating Smart & Final store and receive a receipt with a unique code. After that, visit smartandfinalfrozenfoodmonth.com and fill up the entry form with all requested personal details and upload a photograph of the original receipt showing the Qualifying Purchase and Code, and then submit it to receive an entry.

The photo must be in. JPEG. JPG. PNG, or. GIF format and no more than 10 MB in size.

In order to earn entry without making a purchase, just send your hand-written personal details including your complete name, valid e-mail address, street address (P.O. Winner Selection:

All potential winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries on or about April 12, 2021, and notified via e-mail at the e-mail address provided at the time of registration. Grand prize winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and any other requested documents within five days of notification.
