Limit: One entry per person. The entrant must be at least eighteen years old.

There are two ways to enter:

Online Method: Purchase one Six Star product at Walmart, and then visit at www.sixstarpro.com and follow the links and instructions to access the online Sweepstakes entry form. Fill out the entry form and enter the TC# from Walmart receipt that has your Six Star product purchase on it. The TC# can be found above the barcode on your Walmart receipt. After completing the form, submit the form to enter.

Mail-in Entry: To enter the Sweepstakes without making a purchase, write your full name, complete mailing address with zip code, daytime telephone number, and e-mail address on a plain piece of paper and mail your entry to: The Six Star Big Game 2015 Sweepstakes, 1105 North Market Street, Suite 1330, Wilmington, DE 19801.

Drawing: On or around January 16, 2015, one Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing of all eligible entries received.

One Grand Prize: Winner will receive a trip to Phoenix, Arizona, to attend the big game. Trip includes round-trip airfare, two nights hotel accommodation, two tickets to the big game and $500 in spending money. The approximate retail value of the prize is $4,000.
