• Each entrant is limited to one entry in the Weekly Entry Period drawing associated with the date of entry and each subsequent weekly drawing, plus one Grand Prize drawing entry.
• Entrants may use only one of the two entry methods.

How to Enter - Simon Denim Days Sweepstakes

Free Simon+ Entry: Visit the Simon+ Sign Up Page through www.simon.com and follow the instructions to create and confirm a new Simon+ Member Account. A qualifying new account receives one entry in the applicable weekly drawing, all subsequent weekly drawings, and the Grand Prize drawing.

Free Email Entry: Send one email to [email protected] with the subject line “Denim Days Sweepstakes.” Include your full legal first and last name, mailing address, mobile phone number, and the statement: “Denim Days Sweepstakes Entry. I have read and agree to the Official Rules of the Sweepstakes.”

A qualifying email receives one entry in the applicable weekly drawing, all subsequent weekly drawings, and the Grand Prize drawing. The optional newsletter-consent statement is not required to enter.

Random Drawing

The Administrator will randomly select one potential First Prize winner for each Weekly Entry Period on or about 08/10/2026, 08/17/2026, 08/24/2026, 08/31/2026, 09/08/2026, and 09/14/2026. The potential Grand Prize winner will be selected on or about 09/21/2026.

Potential winners will be notified by email after the applicable drawing. Each potential winner must provide the requested eligibility and prize-fulfillment information within three days of the date the notice or attempted notice is sent. The Grand Prize potential winner must also return the required declaration and IRS Form W-9 within three days.
