There are three ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

Entry Method #1: Online Entry

Visit serta.com/pages/sheepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period, and complete the online entry form with your full name, email address, mailing address, and phone number. Submit to receive one entry.

Entry Method #2: Retail Entry

Visit a participating retailer during the Sweepstakes Period. Scan the QR code on the Sweepstakes signage or marketing materials after completing a "Test Rest" on a Serta Mattress. Complete the online entry form with your full name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and the name, city, and state of the participating retailer, as well as the name of the Sales Associate assisting you.

Entry Method #3: Mail-In Entry:
