Sephora Canada Survey Sweepstakes

If yes then take a few minutes to take their survey and share your experience with them. Your honest feedback will help Sephora improve their service and products. Moreover, upon completion of the survey, you’ll be entered to a Monthly drawing for a chance to win a 250 CDN Sephora Gift Card!

Eligibility: Participants must have reached the age of majority in the Province or Territory in which they reside as of the date of entry.

There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

1) By completing an online survey:

During the promotion period, visit survey.medallia.com/sephora/canada and complete the online survey. Upon completion of the survey you’ll be given the option of entering the sweepstakes by filling up an online entry form. You’ll be asked for some basic information like your full name, phone number and email address. As soon as you complete and submit the form, you’ll automatically receive one entry into the Monthly Sweepstakes that corresponds to the Monthly Sweepstakes period in which your entry was received.

2) By entering online without completing the survey:

During the promotion period, visit survey.medallia.com/?sephoraswsca&unit=222 and complete an online entry form by providing all mandatory information including your full name, phone number and a valid email address. Upon completing the form, follow the on-screen instructions to submit it and get one entry into the Monthly Sweepstakes that corresponds to the Monthly Sweepstakes Period in which your entry was received.

Limit: Regardless of the method of entry, only one entry is allowed per person for each Monthly Sweepstakes.

A random drawing will be held every month to select one winner from all eligible entries received during the applicable Monthly Sweepstakes Period.

Each of the twelve winners of the Sweepstakes will get a $250 CDN Sephora gift card.
