How to enter the VSP See Happy Sweepstakes

There are 3 Entry Periods for the Entrants to enter:

An eligible entrant may visit seehappysweepstakes.com and complete and submit the registration form including, but not limited to: his/her first and complete last name (no initials), valid e-mail address, phone number, street address (no P.O. Boxes will be allowed), city, state, and ZIP code. Upon the successful submission of the registration information, an entrant will receive 1 entry into the applicable Entry Period.

• Log-In Daily: In order to earn an extra entry, visit the website daily, and enter your registered email address. There is a limit of 5 entries per day.
• Play an Adver Game: Follow on-screen instructions to play an adver gameplay for fun (Limit 1 time per day) and get 10 sweepstakes entries into the applicable entry period for each adver gameplay.
• Take a Survey: Entrants can earn 20 additional entries by taking an online survey. You may take the survey 3 times, during the Sweepstakes Period (1 time = 20 entries).
• Opt-In to Marketing Emails: Just follow on-screen instructions to opt-in to receive marketing e-mails, newsletters, promotions, etc., and receive 20 additional entries.
• Find a Doctor: Entrants can earn 20 additional entries by finding a local VSP network doctor who participates in the Premiere Program. Entrants may find 1 doctor per Entry Period and earn 20 additional entries per Entry Period via this method.
• Check Out Open Enrollment: Click the link to visit VSP open enrollment and earn 10 additional entries. Each entrant may receive 10 entries, per week, starting each Thursday at 12:00 AM and ending on Wednesday at 11:59 PM during the Sweepstakes Period, except on September 1, 2022, when a week begins at 12:00 PM.
