At the Website, Entrants can enter the Sweepstakes by completing the registration form which will request each Entrant’s full legal name, email address, phone number, mailing address, length of relationship, a description (limited to 400 words) of how the couple met, and a couple photo submission link. Each completed Sweepstakes registration form will result in 1 Sweepstakes entry.
