How to Enter in Salad and Go “Passport To Flavor” Sweepstakes:

Online: During the sweepstakes period, visit a participating Salad and Go location to get a sweepstakes passport from a store employee, while supplies last. To earn stamps in your passport, purchase any of the following salads or wraps: Caesar, Greek, Fajita, Thai, Tuscan Summer, or Build Your Own. You must present your passport at the register to receive one stamp per qualifying purchase. Once you collect six stamps from six qualifying purchases, either in one or multiple transactions, your passport is considered complete and ready to submit.

To enter, go to saladandgo.com/passport, fill out the official entry form with your name, address (no P.O. Boxes), email, phone number, and birth date. Then, enter the unique code printed on your passport and upload a clear image of your completed passport. Once verified, you will receive one entry into the sweepstakes. You may submit up to five different completed passports during the promotion.

Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Required): To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), email, phone number, and birth date on a 3.5" x 5" postcard.
